ACR Response
ACR response to CIMZIA monotherapy was significant at Week 1 and sustained at Week 241
Significant ACR20 response
CIMZIA demonstrated a significant ACR20 response at Week 24 (the primary end point), with a 45.5% response rate versus 9.3% for placebo (P<.001). ACR20 response was notable from Week 1 (37%).1,2
Significant ACR50 and ACR70 responses
ACR50 and ACR70 responses at Week 24 (secondary end points) were also significantly better with CIMZIA (22.7% vs 3.7% and 5.5% vs 0%, respectively).

Rare reports of blood dyscrasias have been reported with CIMZIA; patients
should be advised to seek medical attention if these develop.
